Every day I will talk about the benefits of a Mudra and an essential oil to Support the Chakra we are talking about each challenge day.

Today it´s all about our Throat Chakra, Granthita Mudra and Believe Essential oil

5th Chakra - Vishuddha Chakra - Throat

Our Throat Chakra is the Center of communication and Sound, Expression of creativity via thought, speech, Music, writing and art. When we fail to speak up or speak our truth, we may experience a sore throat, sore neck or even lose our voice. The thyroid Gland is responsible for our metabolism is related to this Chakra. Hearing is ist corresponding sense.

While communication is often seen as the expression of thoughts, ideas, and feelings, it has as much to do with expressing as it does with listening. It’s a two-way street where we are able to open ourselves up through verbal and nonverbal communication, while also listening and understanding the communication cues directed at us..

Granthita Mudra is a mudra for activating our throat chakra and self healing

It is also called *Knot Mudra* and opens the knot in the throat center.

It activates our throat chakra, opens the vocal cord passage thereby making speech clear and sweet, balances the Thyroid gland, and induces self healing.

I read a lot about this mudra which is also said that it is especially helpful for Cancer patients...

Hold this Mudra for 5-10 minutes. Breathe naturally.
